USD # 247 BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING – November 24, 2008
A special meeting of the USD #247 Board of Education was called to order by President Greg Hite at 6:33 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2008, at the District Office. Other members present were Keith Ritchey, Alan Rogers, Troy Smith and Tara Underwood. Also present were Superintendent Tim Burns, and Board Clerk Roberta Sellers.
(1) Troy Smith moved to approve the agenda as presented. Tara
Underwood seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
Mindy Dainty arrived.
Denise Grasso arrived.
(2) Denise Grasso moved to go into executive session for 10 minutes to protect the privacy of nonelected personnel to reconvene at 9:00pm. Keith Ritchey seconded. Motion carried 7-0.
President Hite called the meeting back to order.
(3) Troy Smith moved to adjourn at 9:15 pm. Mindy Dainty seconded. Motion carried 7-0.
