**IMMUNIZATION CLINIC**
Community Health Center of SEK will be at Cherokee Attendance Center/Southeast Junior High during enrollment on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 12:00 to 3:00.
CHC will be providing required Immunizations for the 2012-2013 school year (Kindergarten – 12th) with no out of pocket expense.
Please bring your insurance card. Insurance will be billed if your insurance covers immunizations.
